PHOTO MONTAGE

What is a photo slide show?
A Photo slideshow is a compilation of photos set to music in a continuous form.

How long does it take to have my DVD made?
Our turn around time is 2 weeks from the day we receive your pictures in the mail
.

Where do I get the music?
The music in your photomontage must be your own. Any music you purchase for personal use can be used in your montage. We also have our own music you can choose from or we may recommend. Our DVD slideshows are not intended for public presentation; they are intended and created for private use only. You can send us a CD containing the music you want on the slideshow. (Your CDs will be returned to you with your order, along with your photographs). If you are unsure of the number of songs your slideshow will require, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Will you provide Rush service?
We do provide Rush service for an additional fee of $50.00. Your DVD will be shipped out within 72 hours from the time we receive your pictures and all necessary additions to your montage.


Will my DVD play on my DVD player?
Over 95% of all DVD players will play back our DVD format. You can check to see if your DVD player supports DVD-R/DVD+R format and we will create the DVD format that works for you.


Can I add on a personal message?
Absolutely! A personal message will give your DVD a special touch; we can put your message anywhere on the video. Check our "Pricing" for more details.


Will your keep a copy of my DVD on file?
We will keep a master copy on file for 1 year for purposes of ordering extra copies, unless you specify that we do not.


How long will each of my photos be displayed in the video?
This varies depending on the mood of the show (sentimental vs. lively) and the music chosen (so the music blends well). The average display time of an image is about 5 seconds plus transition.

I have some digital images and some prints I want to use. Can you accept both to use in my montage?
Absolutely! We will scan your prints (additional cost) and you can send the digital images on a CD along with the prints. You can also send them via email, but compressing the file first will help lower the size of your file. You can name each digital file with the sequence number if you have a particular order you want the images displayed in the montage.

Can I scan my own photos and send you the digital images rather than mailing my photos?
Yes, you can certainly do that if you would like. We only ask that if you do so, please scan them at a minimum of 300dpi resolution for best results. Otherwise if the image is too small, it may appear pixilated or blocky in the DVD Video. Also, be sure each image is neatly cropped and edited if necessary for optimum quality.

Can I include video clips mixed in with my pictures?
Yes. Adding some short video clips can add a lot to a montage. We recommend short segments, typically less than 30 seconds, for best results. You can send digital video clips (mpeg, avi, wmv) with the exact time stamp, length, and description of the clips you want to use and we will digitize the segment to mix in your montage.


Can you add pan and zoom motion to my pictures?
Our style includes customized pan and zoom effects for a more lively presentation. The technique helps to focus attention on the main subject. Please see "Pricing" for more details.

How can I send my digital images to you?
There are several options for sending your digital pictures. 1) Burn them on a CD and mail 2) Email the files 3) If they are on a web gallery, we can acquire them from there.

How long will it take for my montage to be finished once I send you my materials?
The average completion time takes 2-4 weeks, depending on the overall complexity of your project and our workload at the time. We may be able to accommodate a rush situation for an additional charge.

Will I be able to preview my montage in case there is something I want to change before you put it on DVD?
Yes, every montage order includes an online preview of your show once it is created. Each image will be numbered for easy identification if you want to request a change in sequence, add a text caption, remove a photo, etc. We want you to be satisfied with what you pay for. Your Satisfaction is guaranteed!

When do I need to pay you for your services?
A deposit of $50 is required to start the project. Full payment is not due until your project is complete to your satisfaction through use of the preview. Once you give the final approval to complete the DVD rendering, we will calculate the total cost for your project and email you an invoice.

Can I make my own copy of the DVD?
NO. Any reproduction or copying is prohibited and is punishable by applicable laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or copying of these images without written permission is strictly prohibited.

What if I want more photos/clips to be added to my video in the future, would it be possible?
Certainly! We just ask to give us a week or two for production. All redesigns are subject to a $10 processing fee.

INVITATIONS ON DVD/ E-CARDS

How many photos are allowed?
Up to 12 photos of your choice. (Preferably in order)

How many songs? 
2 songs are recommended. This includes the Menu page. Otherwise, we can leave the menu as it is. It's all up to you! 

What if I have a theme for the invitation?
That's great! We always prefer to do a theme. It brings out character to the whole show, plus it gives great ideas for your viewers.

Can my guests RSVP on the web?
Absolutely! As long as you provide us with your email address, we can have all RSVPs sent to you!

Is there an RSVP link on the DVD?
Besides the contact information, NO. However, we can supply an RSVP card to be returned to you. (Additional cost: $0.75/card, including envelop)

What if I have a hard copy invitation I'd like to include on the video? You have 2 choices. (1) We can incorporate the information on your video or (2) You can give us a photo copy of the invitation or we can do it for an extra cost of $3.00/photo. (This cost is for Scanning or Digital Shot)

What type of transition is included?
Unlimited transitions are included as well as movements of each photo.

How will my guests view the electronic invitation?
You can send them a link to our site or we can send them out for you for an additional $0.25/recipient.

Can anyone view the invitation?
Your security is important to us. A photo of the celebrant is the only thing others can view on our site. We provide you or your guests with a User ID & a password to view the show.

How long will the invitation be viewable?
Up to 1 year. (Password Protected). However, with the completion of the invitation, we ask for your permission if we can use your show as part of our samples to be viewed in public after the ocassion. If you opt to do so, we will certainly understand.

What if I want more photos/clips to be added to my video, would it be possible?
